Office Administration Role
- Answering phones- Admin are the first point of a phone call
- Taking messages and emailing through to the relevant person
- Receiving mail and Posting mail out.
- Registering new jobs-Section 80 lodgement (As per criteria)
- Creating files
- Data into permit,for building permit issue & Occupancy permit issue.
- Section 30 & OP lodgement (As per criteria)
- Fee proposal preparation
- Photo copying & scanning
- Preparing required documents for OP Issue.
- Issue OP’s & CFI’s when requested.
- Booking inspections & issuing inspection reports to clients
- Apply for required authority consents.
- Prepare payments for authorities (councils, BAB, etc) when required.
- Other related duties as requested.
- Reporting back to the director.
Operating hours
Monday- Friday 8:30am – 5pm.

The applicant will be provided with Support and assistance; however, the successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail,
- Enthusiastic and positive character
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Capacity to work unsupervised
