Office Administration Role          

  • Answering phones- Admin are the first point of a phone call
  • Taking messages and emailing through to the relevant person
  • Receiving mail and Posting mail out.
  • Registering new jobs-Section 80 lodgement (As per criteria)
  • Creating files
  • Data into permit,for building permit issue & Occupancy permit issue.
  • Section 30 & OP lodgement (As per criteria)
  • Fee proposal preparation
  • Photo copying & scanning
  • Preparing required documents for OP Issue.
  • Issue OP’s & CFI’s when requested.
  • Booking inspections & issuing inspection reports to clients
  • Apply for required authority consents.
  • Prepare payments for authorities (councils, BAB, etc) when required.
  • Other related duties as requested.
  • Reporting back to the director.

Operating hours

Monday- Friday 8:30am – 5pm.

 The applicant will be provided with Support and assistance; however, the successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail,

  • Capacity to work unsupervised
